RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at anuschalawerdian@gmail.com. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at anuschalawerdian@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Contact us at anuschalawerdian@gmail.com if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval.

EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
